(If you have your own furniture, I can have them removed. Closet and misc things from previous tenant will be cleared by the time you move in. Will update pics of the room once everything is cleared out)

Condo facilities: Gym/fitness room, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool

Pets: Cats and other small pets are allowed. Dogs are allowed as well but my landlord will need extra deposit.

Located just across Richmond Centre 5 mins walk from Lansdowne skytrain station or Richmond Brighouse skytrain station. Bus stations right in front of the building. Grocery stores, Starbucks, banks, and restaurants within walking distance

I am a 25 years old Asian who goes out once in a while, otherwise I would be home on most days after work and on the weekends. I’m quiet and respectful. I try to keep my spaces clean and organized. I cook occasionally and happy to share it with others. Some of my hobbies include playing badminton, binge watching, and working on my car. I like to go hiking and go on roadtrips as well.

I live in the other bedroom and have my own bathroom outside. Other than that, it’s all shared living space. I’m open to living with anyone who is clean and tidy, preferably someone looking to rent long term.
