Kai's room

Located near Atwater and St Cathrine, this apartment is downtown. It is within walking distance of Concordia and Mcgill, as well as a shopping center, metro stations (green & orange line) & atwater farmers market. It is a very walk-able neighborhood with affordable grocery stores, and green spaces nearby.

Wifi & hydro are split between everyone in the apartment and are 15 & 20 dollars a month respectivly.

The room will be semi-furnished, including a bed and desk, and dresser. All you need to bring is yourself & your linens (bedsheets). There is no AC but the apartment is on the ground floor, and it stays pretty cool during the summer. The room has one large window.

The roommates you’ll be living with are Radka, and Anna. Anna is an outgoing 21/yr chemistry student. Radka is a 19/yr buisness student. Both are respectful roomates. We are looking for a roommate who’s friendly, clean.
