The room for rent is part of a beautiful 2 bed + 2 bath 900sq.ft. condo, with myself in the other bedroom. Access to shared cupboard and closet space throughout the condo, in-unit washer/dryer, separate thermostat for bedroom air conditioning/heat control. Open to you setting up a WFH office in the living room area as I am gone during the daytime.

The condo has a very homey feel and gets a lot of natural light as it faces south-west. Trees line the condo’s balcony, and is quiet as it faces the back of the building. The building also features a big rooftop patio with bbq’s and couches, private gym, steam room, and 24-hour security.

Steps to Parliament Street with tons of shops and restaurants. Grocery store directly across the street. 10 minute walk to both Line 1 & 2 subways. 10 minute walk to The Village and Riverdale Park. There is also a small park located just behind the building.

The room has just been recently painted and has a fresh bright and feel. The bedrooms furniture is all brand new and only used for 3 months.

Moved into the condo last year, and am in the other bedroom of the unit. I am 30 years old, gay, and work as a project manager/engineer full time.

I ideally would like a similar young professional who is looking for a more long term room rental (1+ year). This can be a fully shared space for both of us to enjoy. I like to keep my space very clean and tidy and expect the same from a roommate. I am usually up and out the door early, and like to keep busy so not always around in the evenings. But always nice to have some company when home.

In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, baking, learning to cook, and checking out the city with my friends.

I look after an 8 year old standard poodle one weekend a month. He is very gentle, rarely barks, and usually lays on the couch and just enjoys the company.
