Large two bedroom (1200 SF) available for October 1st. There are two half baths (both have a sink/toilet) but one shower in a separate room that would be shared. Unfortunately there’s no smoking/weed allowed on the property (vaping is fine), and no furry pets allowed.

I’m a 34 year old gay male, pretty easy going. I work Monday to Friday 7am-3pm and like to have drinks on the weekend, I go out here and there but sometimes do like to host and have friends over (maybe once a month or so). I am very clean and organized most of the time. I also work from home and would be moving my work equipment into my bedroom. Move in date is as early as Oct. 1st but I’m not in a rush.
