Meadowlands Drive

We live in a 4 bedroom townhouse with a full kitchen and living room and a backyard which has a new shed going in.

The dimensions of the room are shown in one of the pictures it’s a bit small but even with a double bed it’s pretty cozy and has a mirrored closet with built in hanging and shelving and the room has LED lights as well. It is on the second floor at the back of the house and shares a bathroom with two roommates but comes with your own cupboard in the bathroom.

The second (larger) available room shown is the same rent, also comes with LED lights and a full closet with hanging and shelves. its located right beside the first available room.

The house has laundry in the basement and the rent is all inclusive wifi, hydro, water etc. and also includes two parking spots in a private driveway. We are very close to a bus stop with direct routes to Billings Bridge, Carleton university, Algonquin college, and a shopping area on Merivale, we are also a 5 minute walk from shoppers and a small grocery store as well as a couple fast food places, and a 10 to 15 minute walk from Hogsback falls and Mooney’s bay.

My name is Bo, I’m 21 and I’m a queer/gay man. I’m a big fan of board games, I’m a big reader and I enjoy arts and crafts. I tend to keep to myself and don’t usually spend my time in the shared spaces but I deeply value the cleanliness of the house and am looking for people who understand this and clean up after themselves.

My name is Serena I’m 20 and bi. I am looking for roommates who can respect that I am a private person and tend to stick to my room, but who I can also get along with and hang out with every now and again. I don’t use the living room much but cook semi regularly in the kitchen. I tend to stay relatively out of sight normally. I enjoy drawing and music and have some instruments in the living room so I wouldn’t mind meeting other creative individuals to live with who also enjoy music/art. i am also looking for someone cannabis friendly since i am a regular smoker.

Our listing says women but non-binary people are also very welcome, and we are looking for university students or people in our age group who work full or part time. We would be happy to set up a viewing either on video call or in person to give a better idea of who we are and what the house is like :)
