I am a professional female looking for individual to rent an unfurnished room in a two bedroom condo on Roslyn Road. Room faces river and legislative building. Prefer to share with someone who is reliable, respectful and responsible. Shared Kitchen, Bathroom and Living area. Must be clean and willing to share cleaning of common spaces. Rent includes utilities (water, heat & electricity) and internet. Laundry is separate and located just across the hallway (~$1.75-$2.50/load). Location is close to Osborne Village, Downtown, Forks, St. Boniface & University of Winnipeg. 5 min walk to different bus routes (16, 18, 58, 60, 68, 635). No pets, no parties & no smoking allowed.
