The condo/townhouse is extremely spacious with both bedrooms in the basement. The bedroom is extremely bright with a large window that brings natural light. You would have your own bathroom and parking spot. The living room, dining area, and kitchen area all shared spaces. Located in Chapel Hill, the condo is approx. 15 minutes from Ottawa downtown driving, and there are two bus stops immediately outside the complex.

I am a professional female in my early thirties looking looking to rent a furnished bedroom in a two bedroom townhouse condo. I am looking to share my place with a respectful, reliable, and responsible woman who is a young professional or graduate student. I keep my place clean all the time, so the person would have to be clean as well. Absolutely no smoking (required by property management), no drugs, no pets, no parties, and no overnight guests allowed.
