Spacious room for rent on a beautiful large old farm property in the country, region of Blandford-Blenheim! This is in the country, no transit. You need a car to live out here

Looking for a single person, no couples. Preferably female or LGBTQ+

-Price includes all utilities including electricity, internet and propane for heat (water is free from our well) -Size of the room is 10x16 feet with a 2x4 foot closet -All common areas shared with me and my fiancé; kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room -Large outdoor space with large fire pit, feel free to start a garden if you wish! -There’s a spacious outdoor shed as well that you can use to store tools and work on things -Multiple parking spaces available -Washer and dryer available for use -10 mins from the 401 and hwy 7/8 -We have a double bed that you can feel free to use, or if you have your own we can move it out of the room!

Flexible for move in date, can be the 1st, 15th, 31st! Looking to fill the room sooner than later. First and last rent equaling $1500 will be expected on the move in day before we allow you access to the property

If you have a small animal or cat or something they are also welcome! Just let me know and we can accommodate that! We have a cat and a bunny (cat free roams, bunny is in our room) just FYI if you are allergic

Me (25 female) and my fiancé (26 male) live in the house with our cat and bunny! My fiancé works full time and I work part time. I’m pretty outgoing and chatty, my fiancé is more shy at first, we both have separate spaces in the house where we do work and hobbies. We’re excited to meet someone new and hope they’ll enjoy the beautiful house and property as much as we do! :)
