We are looking for a student or young professional / single occupants Must be a clean individual, NO PETS, NO smoking , NO parties. Shared washroom/shower, kitchen and entrance with an older gentle man in the basement. Shared laundry with roommate and the owner. $900 including all utilities and wifi. Damage deposit, references and rental insurance required.
About the roomies
We are a family of 4 that lives upstairs. My son is 4 and my daughter is 9 months old. I’m currently on maternity leave so I’ll be home all the time and husband is a student.
