I am offering 2 bedrooms + Den, and your own private bathroom. Both bedrooms are large and have walk-in closets. On the main floor there is den space you can use for your own private living room. Shared laundry and kitchen.

Your roomies will be myself and my two year old son. He is a well-behaved toddler, and we live a fairly quiet lifestyle. I work out of the house Mon-Thurs as an admin assistant. I write and self-publish fiction novels in my spare time. We have two cats who are super-friendly, if a bit obnoxious.
