The room can be furnished with optional queen size bed and frame, nightstand, lamp, 50” TV, sofa, desk, and chair.
Access to home gym and pool.

Nearby hiking trails and very close to the beautiful escarpment.

About the roomies
We are a young professional couple that takes pride in our home. We have a small well-trained dog (pug breed) that stays on the upper levels of the home. We enjoy spending time around our home and from time-to-time have visitors over.
We both work in the construction industry and we enjoy doing new projects around the home, refinishing furniture and we love to cook. We do enjoy listening to music, lounging and cooking at home during the weekends. During the week, we are very routine based, early birds and work longer hours.
Currently we would like to rent the unused space in our basement to a like minded professional or student. Respect, trust and cleanliness is very important to us.
