ABOUT THE ROOM: Room is for one occupant only. Available as soon as September 15. Female international students only due to shared common areas with another international female student in another private room.

The room is furnished with desk, chair, lamp, bed, pillows/pillow cases, linens/blankets and towel.

The room is on the first floor with furnished kitchen (including plates, cutlery, pots, pans, cups, mugs, etc.), dining area, patio, bathroom, washer/dryer and living room.

Utilities and internet included.

RESTRICTIONS: No smoking, no vaping, no drugs of any kind. No overnight guest, no partying, no loud noise.

LOCATION: Cook Street Village is a vibrant friendly community with grocery stores, pharmacy, dentist, various stores, local artisans, food court and coffee shops. Walking distance to the beach and to downtown.

3-5 minute walk to bus stops (3 & 7) which goes to Camosun, University of Victoria, Interurban, Downtown.

We are a family with young kids. We live on the upper floor. We are looking for an international college or university student who will be a good fit to our family values and will be able to get along with the other student in the lower floor. We will respect your privacy however since we will live in the same house, if you want to be a stranger then this will likely not be a good fit.
