We are 2 blocks from Robson Street and 2 blocks from the waterfront. This newly renovated modern room is comfortable, bright and quiet. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, tv, work desk and chair, all linens are provided (bedsheets, comforter, towels). You will have your own bathroom (shower and tub). Washer and dryer is located in the apartment. Wifi, cable tv, and all utilities are included in the rent. If you would like to share in the toilet paper, cleaning supplies, kitchen rolls, cooking condiments (oil, salt, sugar, etc) you can pay $50 bi-monthly. You will have access to all shared living areas including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and solarium. The condo has a gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi as well. Perfect for a student, working professional or someone looking for temporary housing. It is available for viewing now and length of stay is flexible. Please do note that if you are looking to stay for a longer period of time (9 months of longer), the rental amount is only $1600 per month. $150 cleaning fee on move out will be deducted from the deposit. We are 2 responsible working females professionals, and one of us travels quite a bit. So for the most part there will only be one of us in the home. We are relatively low key and quiet. We don’t smoke or drink and have no pets or children. We like to cook, play tennis, and knit. We’re just regular people enjoying what life has to offer.
