Hello! I am a 38-year-old female who owns this property. I recently returned to university full time and am looking for a friendly and courteous roommate. I’m a fairly quiet individual but enjoy socializing when I’m not keeping busy with homework and part time work, which I do from home. I’m happy to hang out, such as having meals together, or we can keep to ourselves if you prefer. I have two cats, but unfortunately strata doesn’t allow for additional pets. I enjoy reading, the outdoors and animals.
