Looking for a roommate:

Hello everyone Looking for a male roommate/sublet who is interested to stay in living room (Separated by curtain) and can move on October 1st for a Semi furnished condo in the 2nd floor of a large 4 storied Condo house at Scarborough.

LOCATION: Just in the intersection of St. Claire Avenue & Kennedy Rd. The property is just in the intersection. 4 TTC bus stop around the property. very accessible to all transit: 10 minutes walk to Scarborough GO train station and Union station just after a station, Warden subway station only after 3/4 TTC Bus stop. Can commute any place easily.

RELATIONSHIP TO ROOMMATE: Current lease holder is Iftekhar Jawad (19) who is looking for a roommate. Currently he lives in the Bed room. He needs a roommate for living room. So total 2 persons will be sharing the condo.

RENT CONTROL: Unit was used for residential purposes prior to Nov 15 2018

LEASE TERMS: From 1st October 2022 as well. Will have to pay 1st and last month as security deposit. 60 days notice required before move-out. Rent is $750 + 50% utilities(fixed). Roommate must be clean & tidy and must share a schedule with the other tenant to keep the place clean.
