This is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom condo on a 16th floor. I’m subletting the 2nd unfurnished room with good space and closet, bathroom just next to the bedroom. Building is located in the area of City Place, in front of Canoe Landing park and Canoe community centre. Just 15 minutes walk from CN tower and 5 minutes walk from lake. Very convenient in terms of transportation, streetcars of Spadina, Bathurst, and Queens Quay are just 5 minutes walk away. Building has great amenities such as swimming pool, gym, ping pong, squash. Loblaws and Sobeys walking distance.

I’m in my 30s, IT project management professional and work from home most of the time (my desk is in my bedroom). VERY organized, clean, and respectful, so looking for the same. I’m easy going, calm, love sports. Open to be friend of my roomie respecting own spaces. Preference for a female roommate.
