2 bedroom character apartment. 900 square feet. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen. No laundry, but laundromats close by (or willing to go 50/50 on portable washing machine). Very spacious- all furniture and houseware items provided- except for in your bedroom. Females only please! 6ish month stay preferred- I am moving in about 6 months tentative (but theres also an opportunity for you to just take over the lease and rent for yourself). Keep in mind, our apartment is old! It has its quirks! But I love it here and you will too! WiFi is included in rent, but utilities aren’t- they are billed every two months and are not usually too high.

Hi!! My name is Lucy, I have lived in this apartment for over a year now. My current room mate is moving out, and I am needing a new one. I am clean, LOVE to cook, and love to read. I’m not really into partying, but I do love to go get drinks on 4th or have people over occasionally. I have a dog that sometimes stays with me- his name is Jango, and he’s the happiest most lovable guy. I am mostly looking for somebody who’s clean and who’s personality doesn’t clash with mine. I also go to Seattle the majority of weekends, so you would have the olace to yourself every weekend. I workout, I work in production, and I love to do just about every outdoorsy thing imaginable. A hiking buddy would be much appreciated as well!
