One parking spot available as an additional charge, first come first serve. Utilities included are internet, hydro (electrical & gas), and water. Renters will have full responsibility for any other utilities they want to add.

Common spaces are furnished, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, couches and main living room television are available. Washers and Dryers are provided in the basement outside of the ensuite room.

Pets are negotiable and will require a pet security deposit.

This rooming house is a non-smoking environment, cannabis friendly though.
