Good day, I have a room I’m seeking to rent out. It’s a 905 sq feet 2 bedroom condo with its own balcony located at Yonge and Hwy 7. The common area will be a shared space with your roommate and I. Please note, there is no parking spot available. Internet and hydro will be split between you and your roommate. The condo is within walking distance to shops and eateries. Ideally, I’m seeking a mature female that’s comfortable with being roommate with an Asian male. Pricing is negotiable if you are interested.

You’ll be roommates with an Asian male in his early 30’s. He’s clean, quiet, respectful and easy to get along with.
