Melville Street

The place is a cozy spot in Coal Harbour. Me and my roommate decided to transform the living room into a nice room with a queen size sofabed, a tv, drawers, garment rack, electric heater (with more compartments), and a great view from the 17th floor. New fake walls will be placed for the room to be divided from the rest of the place. The unit has a dryer/washer compartment (shared) near the kitchen, a dinning table with a beautiful view. The building is called “Orca Place”, it has 3 elevators, a small gym and parking (if needed).

I live with a roommate who goes to the same school as me. We’re clean and organized students with practically no nightlife :). Super friendly environment (with room for flexibility regarding any inconveniences that may appear).
