My current roommate is moving back home for a new job, so I am looking for a clean, respectful, young working professional or student to take over the master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) in my 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment, with shared den/office space in Sage Creek, available January 1st, possibly sooner! Damage deposit is not required!

• Parking $40/month or free street parking
• In suite laundry
• Balcony
• Full access to clubhouse: pool table, study room, gym, swimming pool, fire table, barbecues, outdoor patio area, pet wash station, dog run/park area
• Beautiful quiet area with tons of walking paths, 2-3 blocks away from grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops, liquor store, restaurants, public transportation etc.

Rent is $1,775/month, your half would be $887.50/month on a lease that ends August 1, 2024, Hydro & Internet are not included and will be split equally (averaging $60 a month per per person)

I’m friendly, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I work full-time doing property management in Sage Creek and spend alot of my free time working on art, playing video games, or writing. I don’t have any pets currently but I love animals, so they are definitely welcome 🙂
