St. Patrick Street

Hi everyone! My roommate has just moved out, and I am looking for a clean and friendly person to take over their room in a 2-bed 1-bath apartment right in the Byward Market, starting November 1st. The apartment is directly across from a 6 bus and nearby several others, and it is a less than 10 minute walk to the Rideau Centre and UOttawa campus.

Rent is 1525 split equally (762.50), plus hydro and internet. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement, and lots of room in the stairwell for bikes.

A bit about me- I am a queer nonbinary student at UOttawa Teacher’s College, finishing up my last year. Ideally I would love to have another queer roommate, but message me to see if we click! I love board games and D&D, and I love spending time with my roommates, but I certainly appreciate some time to myself as well. I’m fairly clean, and I come with a fully stocked kitchen and some excellent cooking skills.

I also have an elderly cat named Tippy, and he is very lovable and friendly. Unfortunately he does not get along well with other animals, so no other pets can be in the apartment.
