Overall the place is pretty big so it never feels crowded. Currently, it is being shared by me and another roommate and he is moving out end of May.
We do have a cat in the house, and she is very quiet and friendly. We always keep the place is a nice shape and the location is great. We are right next to water and trails. Go train to downtown takes about 25 minutes.
