I’m a single guy, and live with my boxer. I work a government job and also the homeowner. I’m quiet, clean and get weekends off. Love the outdoors, and spend an awful lot of time outside. Rarely do I have guests over.

It’s a large house, lots of space. There is a large basement, zen den, fitness area, music space , small workshop, south facing backyard with a deck and garden boxes available. I’m advertising the room that I posted, but am working on another bedroom and bathroom in the basement you actually may like better. I don’t plan on having more than one house mate.

-Expectations of house mate is that he/she is respectful and understands boundaries as well as house responsibilities. My hope is that we have similar values and can work together.
