South Millway

One room is available in our newly redecorated 3 bedroom shared townhouse with a parking spot, laundry, and seasonal pool in the South Common area starting October 1st.

The room is NOT furnished, but fits a queen bed and dresser, and also has a closet for additional storage. The room was freshly painted less than a year ago. The rest of the house is furnished and does not have much room for additional furniture, but there is some storage space available in the garage and basement.

Townhouse is located in a lovely, quiet complex with young professionals and families. Close to UTM, and walking distance to No Frills, Walmart, and Shoppers. There are lovely walking trails easily accessible in the neighbourhood as well that are beautiful!

I am a young professional who is quite busy and does not spend a lot of time at home, but when I am home I value having peace and quiet to relax and get chores done. I work full time and do community musical theatre in my free time as well as a couple of side jobs. I’m in search of a young professional or mature student roommate who is a good fit personality wise as well as being respectful of the space and willing to pitch in with some chores, like taking out the garbage. I take most of the responsibility for keeping the common areas clean but would love assistance. If you follow Go Clean Co on Instagram, you’d be a great fit 😅

Due to allergies we cannot have any smokers or pets in the house. I would also appreciate someone who is mindful not to bring guests into the house super frequently, as it is a shared space. If you are easy-going, tidy, and responsible, reach out! Bonus points if you’re good at keeping house plants alive.
