Subletting my room in a shared house, second floor, with shared bathrooms on each floors and shared kitchen. Subletting for two or three months, starting Oct 1st, but flexible move in date. Or if someone wants to get an actual 12 month lease right away. Good size, furnished room. There are two shared kitchens, so always space to make food. The house also has a backyard as well as a terrace on the 3rd floor.

Respectful, nice and quiet students or working professionals living here. Everyone cleans up after themselves
