Zara's room

I am renting out the master bedroom with a private bathroom in my house in North Vancouver. The room is completely furnished and rent is $2,200 including utilities (High speed internet, Cable, Gas and Electric). The kitchen, living room, laundry room and all outdoor spaces are shared. The house has a large backyard area, a hot tub, swimming pool, bbq, outdoor fire pit and fire tables as well as an indoor wood burning fire place. The room has a king size bed, private living area with fireplace, desk/work space and a large walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a walk in shower and heated floors. The house has available parking for 2 cars and additional street parking as well. A small dog lives at the house so must be okay with dogs.

My name is Zara, I am 26 years old and live upstairs with my small dog. I am a full time figure skating coach and live an active but quite lifestyle. Annie is 24 and works in the animation industry and lives upstairs with me. Cam is 26 and is a sponsored skateboarder and lives in a private room downstairs. We are looking for a person (or couple) to rent the master bedroom downstairs. Ideally we would love someone around the same age who enjoys North Vancouver and all it has to offer.
