I own a modern/update furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Corner unit (lots of light). Putting 1 room & bathroom up for rent.

The Condo: Clean & well kept

• Central A/C & heating in condo
• Balcony has ocean/water views

The Room: NOT furnished. However, can be rented with or without queen size bed

• Brand new California Closet installed. Large & great to help keep things organized.
• Bedroom light is on a dimmer to adjust to your liking.

Secure building with Doorman on business days.

STORAGE: Lots of it…All closets are upgraded in unit. Large coat/show closet in entry way. I also have a storage locker with room in it.

GYM MEMBERSHIP: For additional $40 a month you can get a gym membership at the Pinnacle hotel (full gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, terrace access).

I am using the parking stall. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to a second long term stall. However, if you do have guests with cars, we have short-term guest parking.

No extra pets. 100% NO DRUGS allowed in unit. No smoking in unit or on balcony (heavy fine).

I am a responsible 36 year old female professional. I am not much of the party type of person. Non-smoking.

I am starting a new job and will be required in office the first couple of weeks, then it will be more of a hybrid type situation.

I love art & design, music, going to dinners, sailing, cooking and outdoor activities.

I have a small 11 year old 7lbs dog (No other pets are allowed in unit). He is the sweetest little guy and loves to snuggle and give love back to others. Fully house trained. You will not be required to take care of him nor walk him. Just fun!
