About the room

Beautiful, bright clean home in Altadore with a great backyard. Close to all amenities in Marda Loop. Big room in a clean, cozy, spacious, lower level area, with large windows and 9ft. ceilings. Your area would be mostly a private area for you, with your own bathroom, own bedroom, full sitting room, large desk, and TV. The bedroom and sitting area is completely furnished. Kitchen is on main floor and is not available for cooking. You will have a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave in your area. Roommate must be clean, conscientious, mindful, a non-smoker, and working day hours (not at home) or studying full time. This home is set up for a quiet lifestyle. Cleanliness is a must, as well as respecting a 10pm quiet time.
I sleep regular hours at night , so my ideal roommate does too. There is no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use allowed on the property, so if that is important to you please do not reach out. Also, this is a pet free home. Please note that due to the high volume of replies, I can not get back to everyone. I am just replying to those who I think would work well in my home. The room is not available before Sept 27th. First week would be pro-rated.
