A very quiet and upscale neighborhood.

I am looking for a roommate to share this apartment with. I seek someone who is either a full time student or a full time working individual. Must be respectful. This is for a short term rental - about 6 months or so. The unit is furnished and you will be free to use everything in the house. The bedroom, however, is not furnished.
