The building has all the amenities you can think of - including pool, sauna, jacuzzi, music room, yoga room, barbecue space, party room, theater room, gym, cardio room etc. The unit overlooks the marina, north-shore mountains and the airport. A very quiet and upscale neighborhood.

I am looking for a roommate to share this apartment with. I seek someone who is either a full time student or a full time working individual. Must be respectful. This is for a short term rental - about 6 months or so. The unit is furnished and you will be free to use everything in the house. The bedroom, however, is not furnished.
