About the room
A 6 1/2 top of a duplex apartment (one of those old brown brick places, high ceilings and all). Street parking only. Short walk to Snowdon metro, bus stops even closer. I live alone, and the place is simply too big for me. I work a lot, and am only home in the evenings. It’s all equipped, two fridges, so one can be yours. I’ll take care of hydro and wifi, but would like to hire a cleaner and split the cost.
About the roomies
I’m looking for someone calm, respectful, professional. A Spanish speaker would be wonderful! I’m trying to learn the language, but don’t have much time for that.
