The studio is about 450 sq ft*. Utilities and wifi included. It includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and all kitchen dishes and plates +. It has a queen-sized bed that can be converted to an L-shaped sofa. All pillows and bed linings will be included. Very modern design. In-suite washer and dryer. Corner unit, south-south-facing balcony. Secured building access with a fob. A $50 deposit for a fob. No parties, No pets, no smoking, and no Marijuana or any drugs. Reference and credit check required. $1150 security deposit. You may be charged for a cleaning fee of $150. Will provide more pictures/videos.
