One furnished room for rent in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom brand new apartment- available immediately. The unit has full size in suite laundry and the price you’d be paying per month ($950) is inclusive of all utilities including the internet, Netflix, Amazon prime, and Disney +. Parking is $50.00 extra per month. The building has a gym and common room with a pool table available for your use.

This room would be ideal for a quiet, working, non-smoking professional or mature student. You’d be sharing this apartment with a professional female in her 30’s who works from home. You would have to be ok living with a small cat and no additional pets would be permitted. This is a very quiet apartment building and I will be selecting someone who is respectful and well past their party days. This is not a short term lease but would be month to month for our mutual benefit. First and last month’s rent would be due upon signing a rental agreement.
