Private bedroom located in a quiet neighborhood, 3 bedroom home. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, yard, and unfinished basement. Looking for a respectful woman, who can communicate effectively and be a good fit with the 2 women currently in the home. Homeowner will be in the home on weekends. Non smoking and pet free home.

I have owned the home for 3 years and appreciate having the home enjoyed and extra income to help pay the bills. I will be moving to Hamilton for a new job during the week, and back on weekends, staying in the basement. Both roommates work straight days, and are mature and responsible women. We mostly do our own thing, but appreciate friendliness and respect as we share the common space and weekly chores.
