About the room

DT Toronto condo room available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. I am leasing out my room for the next 10 months as I am moving out of the country. The condo is in a great location, walking distance to Eaton Centre, TMU, UofT, local bars, and hospitals. It is a also a 5min walk to College Station and 8 min walk to Queen’s Park Station. This also comes with parking space and included in the $1500 monthly. If you do not need parking then you can rent out the parking space to lower your monthly rent (can be rented out from $100 - $250). Utilities is an extra $50 per month. Room is furnished with bed with an extra $500 to the deposit

About the roomies

I am leasing out my room. The other room is taken by my current roommate. He is an international student and currently in his final year as a TMU engineering student. He is very respectful and is a great roommate.
