Snow Street

One room available for a female only. 3 people in total will be staying at the place. There’s only one room available at the moment. Deposit is half of the rent. No drugs, no pets. The place is furnished and you can move in anytime as long as you pay the deposit. Message if you’re interested. Close to the UofM (10 minute walk). Also close to the blue bus downtown and 60 to university (3 minute walk to bus stop). One person one room. No sharing. Underground parking is an extra 50 per month.

A girl from Nigeria stays at the place. I am a male From Zimbabwe. None of us are drinkers or smokers. We are both students at the U of m
