I am currently looking for a new roommate to do a lease takeover of the ensuite master bedroom starting Nov or Dec 2022 (flexibility on move in date!). No pets due to allergies.

Rent ~$1400/month utilities ~$60/month (split between the both of us, so ~$30/month)

Young professional working at the childrens hospital. I typically work the Monday to Friday 8am-5pm shift. I enjoy going to the gym, shopping, bike rides, and going to movies. I enjoy my quiet time after work but i am also outgoing and friendly.
