There is multiple options for groceries, banks, bakeries, restaurants, gyms, bus hub etc all within a 5 min walk. Free street parking is readily available. The room comes with its own bathroom as well and a shared full outfitted kitchen is available. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit. All utilities included.
