Offering large furnished primary bedroom, with lock and walk in closet. I currently have a dresser and nightstand on order to add to the room. All access to the rest of the unit and balcony. Kitchen: dishes, cutlery, pots and pans available for use. In unit washer, no dryer but there’s a laundry room available on the ground floor of the building.

Must be a non-smoker, and please no pets as I have a senior dog (West Highland Terrier) low shedding and don’t want additional pets in the home.

Directly across the street from the Meadowvale Town Centre, all access to Mi-Way transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc. The building also has an outdoor pool, exercise room and sauna.

$900.00 with no vehicle, $900.00 + $50.00 with a vehicle, underground parking, (no receipt for vehicle parking) designated parking spot offered.

This a month to month agreement, first months rent required but not last month. A rental agreement will be issued and signed by both parties.
