Located in the bluffs, minutes from the beach and local shops. Quiet and beautiful area, lots of pets and young working professionals.

6-12 month term Move in date: Dec 1st

Unit: Laundry in suite, wifi included, water and parking. I pay $150 for parking but offering my free parking spot underground. Tenant will pay 1/2 of hydro which is roughly $50 max. Tenant will rent master bedroom with ensuite, storage closet in bedroom as well as a double sided closet with lots of storage space. Unit also has large balcony with lots of natural light, High ceilings and open kitchen. Master bedroom comes with curtains and shower curtain

Common area, kitchen, living room and dining room comes fully furnished.

Buildings amenities are: a gym, rooftop terrace with bbqs to use for the summer, entertainment room, overnight guest parking and 24 hour security.

About me: I am in the medical field, I work in the hospital full time and rarely home, so this place will be like your own. I am looking for a clean, friendly, quiet and respectful housemate. I am looking for someone who is a student or a young working professional.
