Short term shared rental apartment unit, suitable for newcomers, visitors, someone who wants a stand gap arrangement, a paying guest, a space in transition etc.

CA$30 a day.

This is a one bedroom unit in a house on the ground level.

The house is very close to bus stop. only 30 meters walk.

Go for a walk everyday at Humber Bay Park.

I live in this house myself and have space available to accommodate 1 person for short term stays. So basically you will share this unit with me. I work from office from 7:30 am to 5:00 PM on weekdays.

You will have a sofa bed in the living room. You can use my TV and study table, and make your own food in my Kitchen. If you want privacy, we can talk about the bedroom.

ONLY VEGETARIAN / VEGAN PEOPLE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

I will prefer to meet on a video call before finalizing any candidate.

You are paying for using the whole house including utilities, toiletries and internet.

No off street parking available, but plenty of parking available freely on the street. (I won’t be responsible for any parking tickets if you score any)

I have a car and I can also take you around for grocery shopping free of charge. Once in 2 weeks.
