Hello.

I have chosen to open up my home to a Flatmate. I am offering a fully furnished large basement bedroom (small window) or with private bathroom.

My home is my sanctuary. Modeled after a Zen nature high end retreat. Large fenced in backyard and 2yr ol emotionally supportive Labradoodle to befriend.

Preference for someone who loves gardening and dogs 🐕 and wants to become an engaged household member by helping out while living with us.

Respect and boundaries are a must.

Mini Gym/spa access available. Streaming services as well. Near train stations and waterfront walks. Shops within five min.

Best for someone with a car to live in suburbs. But up to you.

I am Jason, the owner and I work from home in IT project management Consultanting. Professional knowledge worker. Also side business in self regulation coaching, specializing in Positive Psychology. My dog is PJ, and he has heaps of playful fun loving energy.
