I am going away for 3 months and am renting out my bedroom in a shared 2 bed condo. The room will come furnished with a desk, desk chair, closet and a queen bed. The chest of drawers in the main area is also available for clothes storage. The rest of the apartment is also furnished.

The building is in a great location, with a Loblaws, Starbucks, LCBO, TD Bank etc. as well as the 509 & 511 streetcars and Billy Bishop Airport right outside your door. The bedroom has a view over the airport runway and the lake, while the balcony has a view of the CN Tower.

The room will be available between the 9th of December and the 9th of March only, with no option to extend. There is also an option to shorten this to a 2 month rental during this period as well.

Building amenities include a 24/7 concierge, an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna and a hot tub.

The apartment is shared with one guy, mid 20s from Montreal. He’s super easy to live with, works from the office during the day, keeps the place tidy and loves a beer or whiskey.
