Unfurnished room for rent in my 4 ½ apartment in Cote Saint-Luc!

Searching for one roommate to share my 4 ½ apartment (1,053 sq ft). My French skills aren’t so great, so I am looking for an English speaker.

It’s a bright and spacious room with large windows that receives lovely morning light. Rent is $763 per month. HEATING, HYDRO, AND WIFI are all included. This unit is on the 7th floor of an apartment building, with a street level lobby, two elevators and 2 exit staircases. The building has a laundry room and storage rooms.

The apartment is located next to Cote Saint-Luc Rd., on the edge of Montreal West. The closest metro is Villa Maria. Both 103 east/ west bus stops are across the street, as well as the 162 east/ west.

It’s also a 10 minute walk/ one bus stop away from the Cote Saint-Luc shopping center which has an IGA, SAQ, Jean Coutu, Dollarama, plus other shops. There are also two other smaller grocery stores a few blocks away too.

I’m easy to talk to, patient and down to earth. When I’m at home, I apricate my quiet time and tend be more on the introverted side. In those moments I like to relax in my bedroom a lot for some peace and quiet.

I love to cook, watch movies, having long convos on topics based in philosophy. I can get pretty heady half the time but I also have a dumb blue sense of humor, so there’s that. extra points if you like b-rated movies/ are an overall cinephile <3

I have a background in fashion and graphic design, so I have a lot of love for art, media, crafts, etc.!
