This bedroom is in a 2 bedroom two bathroom apartment located in the beautiful river district area of Vancouver. With west facing views of the gorgeous sunset every evening and an amazing community. The apartment also has two accessible gyms, a shared courtyard and a rooftop patio area! The apartment is only a few years old and features a bright luxurious kitchen and large windows that provide tons of natural light into the shared living and kitchen area all day long. The apartment also has in suite high Efficiency laundry machines! Save-on foods, Starbucks, Booster Juice, Sushi Mura and Shoppers Drug Mart all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely walking path along the river, with a beautiful view all year long. This area is still developing and new restaurants such as Bufala, Lucky Taco and The Local set to open in the new year. Access to the 31 bus as well as a 15 minute walk to the 100 bus line and a 5 minute walk to the 116 bus line all help make this a transit friendly neighbourhood.

This is an incredibly diverse neighbourhood with plenty of young singles, young families and couples as well as older retired neighbours. There are often community activities planned such as, street markets, outdoor movie nights, visiting food trucks and other fun activities.

Im a single 21 year old female part time student and part time barista at the local starbucks! I enjoy going for walks, movie nights, cooking, baking and visiting with friends. Im very clean and organized and looking for someone similar! Love having cozy nights in and occasionally having friends over for dinner, wine and Netflix.
