2 Centennial Story Arts Campus students looking for a third roommate to share with them. For one person only!!! Main floor and upper floor of a detached house. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Bedroom available is 8.5ft x 14ft, has a closet and a window facing the backyard. It is unfinished. One bathroom upstairs is shared. It has a bathtub with shower. There is a washing machine in the bathroom but no dryer. Clothes are hung to dry. Main floor has an updated kitchen with stainless steel gas stove, large fridge and dishwasher. There are lots of cupboards and we have the kitchen fully equipped with everything needed like pots, dishes, cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster oven, Tassimo, espresso machine, etc so if you are just moving out or an international student you don’t need to bring any kitchen equipment. The dining room and living room are furnished and common space to enjoy. There is an enclosed porch perfect for storing a bicycle if you have one. The backyard has a deck and gas BBQ to enjoy in the summer months. The neighbourhood is safe and LGBTQ friendly. 10min to Main Street Station. 20min ride to Centennial Story Arts Campus. Walking distance to grocery, shopping and lots of restaurants on the Danforth.

Roommate #2, bi-male, is a 1st yr student in Broadcasting at Centennial Story Arts Campus. Has pet hermit crabs. Roommate #3 would be you! You would be a student or young professional. LGBTQ+ friendly. Respectful of the shared space and be able to pay your share of the rent every month on time. The current lease is until August 2023 with the option to extend. We’d like to find a roommate who will stay until the end of August at least.
