I’m a 30-year old female working professional born and raised here in Richmond. I own the unit and live here. In my spare time, I enjoy tennis, bouldering, snowboarding, reading, and spending time in nature.

Currently there is one other tenant living here as well - she’s a 25-year old new graduate. We’re both pretty introverted, friendly, and easy-going people, and looking for a compatible housemate with similar vibes. I have a few close friends and family that I’ll have over for dinners/hangouts a couple times per month, but aside from that, I’m not a big party-person, and don’t regularly have guests visiting. Same goes for the other housemate. If you enjoy a clean, comfortable, and private atmosphere too, we’ll probably get along well as roomies.
