August 15 or September 1 Furnished, Cozy, clean- great for student or working person. All inclusive- utilities, wifi, laundry included. Twin ikea bed.under bed drawers, computer Desk/table, wardrobe. Space shared with another roommate downstairs (that room is also currently vacant though) - and myself mainly upstairs on a day to day basis. We share share laundry downstairs, and mainly you share with 1 person in a day to day basis in the kitchen bathroom (you get your own sink and storage space in the bathroom). Kitchen: Countertop oven, air fryer, induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, dishes. There’s a Downstairs entrance directly to the basement space where your room and kitchen, bathroom and laundry are. This is a Safe neighborhood, very walkable to grocery, cafes, the ocean or Gorge (beautiful walks). Near bike trails, 3 blocks from the harbour, and takeout. .We have a dog (stays upstairs however)

Gardening is an option! Sorry, No pets. No smoking/vaping.

Living mainly upstairs- quiet fulltime working professional, share the downstairs laundry and spaces. A lot of independence in this space so it requires a responsible nature and willingness to do your own dishes and participate in common space cleaning. We enjoy this neighborhood a lot for its quiet, closeness to downtown and grocery but also for its proximity to bike lanes, the Goose, the Gorge and grocery as well as how quiet and safe it is.
