Now to May 23 only (1 month) - Near Downtown, all incl, utilities,laundry included to share this comfortable basement space with another roommate downstairs (female, student)- kitchen, and laundry (included) and one who sleeps upstairs. Ideal for quiet student or working person. Downstairs entrance. Safe and secure house in a historic neighborhood, very walkable. 1.5 blocks from bus to downtown (10 minutes to dtn) or UVic. Near bike trails, the harbour and the gorge waterway, Saveon, the very local Spiral cafe and Frye’s bakery, takeout, and medical services.

.We have a dog go barks when people come home (dog stays upstairs however). No oven however there is an air fryer, hot plate for cooking, fridge, micro, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, dishes. Furnished only. Gardening is an option! (The kitchen and bathroom are shared: I know, this looks like a suite but it is not a suite). 2 month minimum, month to month. No pets. No smoking/vaping. No couples.

I’m a fulltime working professional - 9-5 lifestyle. mainly living my life upstairs but do share the downstairs spaces. A roomie’s willingness to clean up after themselves is important to me and to another roomie. I am a mom (one daughter is away at university and one teen is only home half time); I sew, do geneology and yard work! I enjoy this neighborhood a lot for its quiet, closeness to downtown and grocery but also for its proximity to bike lanes, the Goose, the Gorge and grocery as well as local’s cafe.
