Will's room

This apartment is located near Bathurst and Bloor and is a short walk from the Bathurst subway station. The location is amazing, close to lots of restaurants and shops as well as a Metro Grocery a short walk away. It’s a large basement apartment with one free bedroom that I’m looking to fill. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is largely furnished! There is one shared bathroom and laundry in unit. The unit has AC and heating that the landlord (in the upstairs unit) controls. There’s Bell Fibe internet that is split 35 dollars each not included in rent.

My name is William (he/they trans man) and I’m looking to find a roommate as my current roomie is moving out at the end of November. I’m a baker and leave early in the morning for work (but do my best to keep quiet when getting ready). I love to cook and bake and would love to share the occasional meal. In my free time I like to play video games (mostly rpg and puzzle games) as well as watch live play tabletop games like Critical Role and Dimension 20. My partner is around pretty often but otherwise I don’t really host a lot of people in the apartment and prefer to go out. I’d prefer someone who’s also more on the quiet side and would prefer not having any larger groups or parties in the apartment. I’m hoping to find someone who is also in the lgbt+ community (someone also trans if possible but I’m not too picky as long as you’re trans friendly!).
