Decent sized room with walk-in wardrobe, in a 3 bedroom, third floor ‘Vancouver Special’ style apartment with a view of the mountains. Located in the Granville St/16th Ave/Shaughnessy area. Super close to grocery stores/cafe/shops/restaurants and bus lines to downtown and UBC. (Smoking outside only).

You’d be sharing with two early 30’s guys (Australian & Irish). One works in vegan food sciences and the other is predominantly in film/TV industry. We are more on the introverted side and treat the apartment as a place to rest and recharge, we usually head out to socialize rather than have people over as this helps maintain balance/peace for everyone in the apartment. We are up for the occasional friendly chat/hang, but also respect each other’s privacy and need for alone time.
